为了提高铁模覆砂生产曲轴的合格率,在保证熔化、覆模、浇注关键环节的前提下,通过大量试验,研究了开箱后铸件冷却方式以及开箱时间(温度)对曲轴性能的影响。最终得出了曲轴浇注后11~14min(680~710℃)开箱,开箱后风机强制冷却的生产工艺。这使QT800-2球铁曲轴铸件达到所要求的性能,能为企业创造良好的经济效益。
In order to improve the qualified rate of the iron crankshaft, a large number of experiments were conducted on the premise of ensuring the key steps of melting, overmolding and pouring, and the influence of the cooling mode of the castings after unboxing and the opening time (temperature) on the crankshaft performance was studied . Finally, the production process of unpacking and uncooled fan cooling after 11 ~ 14min (680 ~ 710 ℃) after crankshaft pouring was obtained. This QT800-2 ductile iron crankshaft castings to achieve the required performance, can create good economic benefits for the enterprise.
