作为一个通讯员,怎样才能使自己的稿件既反映一个地区的情况又可反映全国的一个侧面,既谈本地区的经验又概括出更大范围内进行某项工作可遵循的原则及方法,使文章的命中率和可读性都较强呢?我想只有一句话,即对刊物要充满热情。如何才能对刊物充满热情呢? 一、要对档案事业充满热情。档案事业,是党和国家各项工作不可缺少的一个环节。作为一个档案工作者,党和人民需要我们在这个“环节”上工作,是对我们最大的信任。近30年档案工作实践,使我体会到只有热爱自己的工作岗位,热爱档案事业,不断观察分析档案工作本身和与档案工作有关的新事物、新问题,不断总结新经验,才能使自己不断得到充实,档案工作本身各环节不断得到完善和发展,我们的工作水平不断提高,稿件也就有了源泉。二、要对刊物充满热情。《档案工作》杂志是国家档案局主办的,是党和国家关于档案事业方面的喉舌。通过它可以使广大档案工作者及时了解党和国家对档案工作的各项方针、政策和法规,可以及时沟通国内
