桔梗,别名梗草、铃铛花、绿花根等。桔梗富含维生素C、胡萝卜素以及对人体有益的桔梗皂甙。桔梗全身是宝,根具有开宣肺气、祛痰排脓之功效,是常用中药材。根还可以作为蔬菜直接炒食、做汤,是日本、朝鲜等国的传统食品,深受人们的喜爱。桔梗原产中国,日本、朝鲜,多野生于山坡、草丛或沟旁。淄博南部山区自70年代开始进行人工栽培以来,种植面积由原来的几亩发展到目前的近万亩,平均亩产达1000~1500kg,亩纯收入3000元左右。产品远销朝鲜、日本等东南亚国家,已成为淄博市重要的出口创汇蔬菜之一。在多年的栽培实践中,我们总结出一套高
