随着BIM技术在建筑行业的推广和应用,建筑行业对于具有BIM技术的人才需求量渐渐增大。工程造价专业作为一门集应用和管理于一体的专业,长期具有与工程实践脱轨的现象,因此在BIM大环境下理应顺应时代需要,培养业内需要的专业人才。作为高职院校,应从BIM技术对工程造价人才培养的影响入手,将BIM技术系统融入人才培养方案中,从师资建设、实训基地建设、课程体系四个方面着手,构建BIM技术下的工程造价人才培养模式。
