目的 研究重组人白介素11(rhIL-11)对中子照射小鼠小肠上皮损伤及细胞周期的影响。方法 采用裂变中子照射小 鼠模型,观察rhIL 11对照射后小鼠小肠上皮形态、隐窝细胞坏死和细胞增生的影响,用流式细胞仪检测小鼠小肠上皮细胞周期的变 化。结果 rhIL-11治疗和预防给药可通过促进小肠隐窝细胞增殖使肠损伤得到迅速修复。照射后小鼠小肠上皮细胞发生明显的 G2期阻滞,rhIL-11治疗可明显提高S期细胞比例。结论 rhIL -1对中子照射小鼠小肠损伤具有防护作用,并能够影响细胞周期的 变化。
Objective To study the effect of recombinant human interleukin-11 (IL-11) on intestinal epithelial injury and cell cycle in neutron-irradiated mice. Methods Mice were induced with fission neutron to observe the effects of rhIL 11 on the intestinal epithelial morphology, crypt necrosis and cell proliferation in mice. The changes of the mouse intestinal epithelial cell cycle were detected by flow cytometry. Results Treatment and prophylaxis with rhIL-11 resulted in rapid repair of intestinal damage by promoting intestinal crypt cell proliferation. Irradiation of mouse intestinal epithelial cells significantly G2 arrest, rhIL-11 treatment can significantly improve the proportion of S-phase cells. Conclusion rhIL-1 has a protective effect on small intestine injury induced by neutron irradiation and can affect the cell cycle.
