针对Fe3Al基合金工程化应用亟待解决的焊接问题,从熔焊、固相焊及钎焊3个方面综述了目前国内外Fe3Al基合金焊接技术的研究现状和最新进展。对不同焊接工艺下焊接接头的显微组织与力学性能做了详细介绍。并探讨了目前焊接技术中存在的问题及解决措施。最后展望了Fe3Al基合金焊接技术的发展趋势。
Aiming at the welding problems that need to be solved in the engineering application of Fe3Al-based alloys, the research status and the latest progress of the welding technology of Fe3Al-based alloys are summarized from the aspects of welding, solid-phase welding and brazing. The microstructure and mechanical properties of welded joints under different welding processes are introduced in detail. The existing problems in welding technology and their solutions are discussed. Finally, the development trend of Fe3Al-based alloy welding technology is prospected.
