发生在检察机关内部的检察人员触犯刑法的犯罪案件,严重损害了检察机关的形象。本文从重大案件易发部门及现有制度漏洞进行分析,对检察机关如何健全重大案件剖析制度提出了建议。
Procuratorate personnel inside the procuratorial organs who violate the criminal law have seriously damaged the image of the procuratorial organs. This article analyzes the vulnerable departments and the existing system loopholes in major cases and puts forward suggestions on how the procuratorial organs can improve the system of major case analysis.
