电弧螺柱焊是国内外已广泛使用的一种焊接新工艺。施工中,借助专用焊机和焊枪,不用焊条,便能快速、优质地将各类金属焊件直接焊在构件或设备上。它能简化常规的用紧固件连接的一系列辅助工序(钻孔、套丝等)及手工焊接过程的点固焊等辅助工序,可收到多快好省的综合技术、经济效果。冶金工业部建筑研究总院钢结构工程研究所和中冶设备仪器技术开发部在引进、消化国外成套装置和技术的基础上,并结合国内经验,研制、生产了YJH系列电弧螺柱焊机。本系列螺柱焊机已在国内自行设计的武钢3200m~3高炉工程以及太原第一热电站第五期扩建等工程上应用,在提高工程质量、保证工期和节能等方面已收到令人瞩目的技术、经济效果。
Arc stud welding is a new welding process that has been widely used at home and abroad.
