山西煤管局14个自营工程处开展机电质量标准化达标活动,经过一年多的时间,机电管理工作在各工程处发生了根本性的变化。检查验收时,按照基建局制定的《施工企业机电质量标准化验收标准》,首先看三个条件:即(1)管好用好施工设备,完成施工对机电工作提出的要求;(2)无三人重大机电死亡事故,死亡一人降一级;(3)井下电气设备及五小电器检查发现2台及以上失爆时降一级,5台及以上失爆时,取消评级资格。然后,对任务、指标完成情况和机电安全、设备管理、组织机构、规章制度、用电计划、质量活动、文明生产、资金使用等进行全面检查验收、综合评分定级。 验收结果,全省14个自营工程处有12个达标,其中特级2个,一级4个,二级5个,三级1个。有2个处未达标,达标率为83.3％。古交矿建处、晋城工程处、阳泉第一工程处、古交第一工程处被评为 1988年度全国煤炭设备管理维修先进单位。
