不断深化反腐败治本抓源头工作是当前加强反腐倡廉建设的重大部署。这一决策既是我们党对反腐败斗争规律准确把握的结果,也是对反腐败斗争实践经验认真总结的结果。腐败现象的滋生根源于生产要素配置过程中的体制和制度漏洞,只有从根本上着手,才能获得根治效果。改革开放以来党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争的实践证明,正是由于重视源头防治工作,我们才成功遏制住腐败蔓延的趋势,取得反腐败斗争的良好局面。必然地,从源头上防治腐败便成为当前和今后反腐倡廉的着力点。
Constantly deepening the anti-corruption work at the root of the problem is the major plan to strengthen the anti-corruption campaign. This decision is not only the outcome of our party’s accurate grasp of the law of fighting against corruption, but also a careful conclusion of the practical experience of the fight against corruption. The breeding of corruption stems from the institutional and institutional loopholes in the process of the allocation of production factors. Only by proceeding fundamentally can the radical effect be obtained. Since the adoption of the reform and opening up, the practice of building a clean government and fighting corruption have proved that it is precisely because of our emphasis on prevention and control at source that we succeeded in curbing the trend of corruption and gaining a good fight against corruption. Necessarily, controlling corruption from the source has become the focus of current and future anti-corruption campaigns.
