近年来,随着事业单位人事制度改革的推进,属于事业单位性质的税务培训机构也改变了传统的任命方式,在选人用人机制上不断改革创新,大面积推行了竞争上岗工作。在坚持干部管理原则基础上,更加注重竞争意识,竞争上岗的具体操作方法也在不断完善,提升了竞争上岗的民主性、真实性和有效性,对促进优秀人才脱颖而出,克服选人用人方面的不正之风,提高干部队伍的整体素质,产生了积极的作用。但也暴露出一些问题,需要在推进过程中加以完善。
