用不同的循环球化退火工艺对Q235Y0.1钢结构材料进行热处理,并进行显微组织、力学性能的测试与分析。结果表明:Q235Y0.1材料优选二次循环球化退火工艺。与常规退火相比,二次循环球化退火后的Q235Y0.1等效晶粒尺寸减小44.6%,抗拉强度增加26.5%,屈服强度增加43.3%,断后伸长率增加45.3%,冲击吸收功增加84.8%。
Q235Y0.1 steel was heat-treated with different recrystallization annealing process, and the microstructure and mechanical properties were tested and analyzed. The results show that Q235Y0.1 material is preferably secondary recrystallization annealing process. Compared with the conventional annealing, the Q235Y0.1 equivalent grain size after secondary recrystallization annealing decreases by 44.6%, the tensile strength increases by 26.5%, the yield strength increases by 43.3%, the elongation after fracture increases by 45.3% and the impact absorption Work increased by 84.8%.
