通过FT-NIR光谱仪,以积分球漫反射方式采集烟用卷烟包装用铜版纸或白卡纸的近红外漫反射光谱信息。设计不同浓度范围的红、绿、黄、蓝色油墨涂布的纸样,通过光谱采集,并采用TQ analyst 9.0软件中偏最小二乘判别分析法(PLS-DA)来进行相似度计算,探讨近红外分子光谱对不同可见光颜色色差的分辨能力。结果表明:近红外光谱对绿色和蓝色纸样的色差具有较好的分辨效果,而对于红色及黄色纸样色差的分辨能力较弱。由于近红外无损检测、在线快速的优势,所以运用近红外分子光谱来分析铜版纸及白卡纸的绿色和蓝色色差,具有较好的应用前景,其与色差仪的分析结果一致,可以联合使用。
Using FT-NIR spectrometer, the diffuse reflectance of integrating sphere was used to collect the near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy information of coated paper or white cardboard for cigarette packaging. The red, green, yellow and blue ink-coated paper samples with different concentration ranges were designed, and the similarity was calculated by spectral acquisition and PLS-DA using the TQ analyst 9.0 software to explore the similarity Infrared molecular spectroscopy of different visible light color resolution ability. The results show that near-infrared spectroscopy has a better resolution of the color difference between the green and blue patterns and the weaker resolution of the red and yellow patterns. Due to the advantage of near-infrared non-destructive testing and online fastness, the analysis of near-infrared molecular spectroscopy to analyze the green and blue color differences of coated paper and white cardboard has a good application prospect which is consistent with that of the color difference meter and can be combined use.
