我厂设计的400吨/时锅炉给水调节阀,在正常运行时压差为10公斤力/厘米~2,锅炉机组起动时压差最大达150公斤力/厘米~2,介质为265℃的高温水。过去我厂调节阀的阀芯、阀座材料用38CrMoA1氮化处理钢。但电厂运行了3个月左右,阀芯、阀座即冲刷损坏,漏流严重,调节性能陡降。经研究,阀芯和阀座基材改用1Cr13钢(调质处理),表面进行氧-乙炔火焰喷焊,通过较长时间的试验和生产,现在用户反映性能良好,使用寿命延长8倍左右,见下示意图。调节阀的喷焊工艺如下
