Some party members and cadres of our party, after the basic victory of our people’s revolution, have more or less nourished a proud complacency characterized by heroism. They consider their personal status and treatment in their work, set aside their old qualifications, look down on new party members and new cadres, look down upon non-party members and see beyond the masses.
