目的观察四连活菌片与蒙脱石散联合治疗婴幼儿秋冬季腹泻的疗效。方法将38例婴幼儿腹泻患儿随机分为两组,对照组17例,治疗组21例,两组患儿给予相同常规治疗与护理,均给予口服蒙脱石散,治疗组患儿在此基础上给予口服四连活菌片,将两组患儿的治疗效果进行比较。结果治疗组患儿总有效率达95.2%,对照组为76.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四连活菌片与蒙脱石散联合治疗小儿腹泻能提高治愈率,减轻疾病对患儿的痛苦,有利于小儿生长发育。
Objective To observe the curative effect of four live probiotics tablets and montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile autumn and winter diarrhea. Methods Thirty-eight infants with infantile diarrhea were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 17) and treatment group (n = 21). The two groups were given the same routine treatment and nursing. All patients were given oral montmorillonite powder. On the basis of oral administration of four live viable tablets, the treatment of children with two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate was 95.2% in the treatment group and 76.5% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Four live viable tablets combined with montmorillonite powder in children with diarrhea can improve the cure rate, reduce the pain of children with the disease, is conducive to the growth and development of children.
