①目的比较肾小球滤过率（ＧＦＲ）与肾放射图在肾功能检测中的特点和临床意义。②方法放射性核素显像法一次性获得ＧＦＲ，９９ｍ锝－二乙三胺五乙酸肾放射图检查（９９ｍＴｃ－ＤＴＰＡ肾图）。③结果ＧＦＲ对肾功能受损的检出率明显高于９９ｍＴｃ－ＤＴＰＡ肾图；对无法用肾图指标进行量化分析的肾图类型仍可给予准确的ＧＦＲ数值。肾图指标中的肾脏指数、分浓缩率与ＧＦＲ呈正相关，１５ｍｉｎ残留率与ＧＦＲ呈负相关。④结论在肾功能检测中，ＧＦＲ较肾图灵敏、准确，肾图也不失为判断肾功能的有效方法
①Objective To compare the characteristics and clinical significance of glomerular filtration rate (GFR) and renal radioactivity in renal function tests. ② methods of radionuclide imaging GFR, 99m Tc - diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid renal radioactivity examination (99mTc-DTPA renogram). Results The detection rate of GFR on renal dysfunction was significantly higher than that of 99mTc-DTPA renal figure. On the other hand, renal figure type, which can not be quantified with the index of kidney chart, can still give accurate GFR value. Kidney index in the kidney index, sub-concentrated rate and GFR was positively correlated, 15min residual rate and GFR was negatively correlated. ④ Conclusion renal function tests, GFR more sensitive than the kidney map, accurate, kidney map is also an effective method to determine renal function
