目的:在实验模型上研究DSA“狭窄分析(Stenosis Analysis)”软件(下简称SA软件)和“局部状态(Region Status)”软件(下简称RS软件)对冠脉狭窄的评估价值。材料和方法:采用美国GE公司LCV型DSA系统摄取自制Y型管一个分支的不同狭窄程度、不同狭窄类型、不同方位的减影像,分别用SA软件和RS软件比较分析狭窄程度及与相应狭窄段、狭窄段前、后的造影剂充盈速度、密度值的相关关系。结果:单用SA软件或RS软件不能完全正确评估狭窄程度,同用两软件可避免过低或过高评估狭窄程度。结论:多方位、多角度摄取图像,SA软件、RS软件及目测法综合运用可提高冠脉狭窄的评估价值。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the value of DSA Stenosis Analysis software and Region Status software (hereinafter referred to as RS software) in the evaluation of coronary artery stenosis in experimental models. MATERIALS AND METHODS: The SAV and RS software were used to compare the stenosis degree and the corresponding stenosis segment with different narrowing degree, different stenosis types and different orientation in one branch of homemade Y-tube with DSA system of American company LCV. , Before and after the narrow section of contrast medium filling rate, the relationship between the density value. Results: SAC alone or RS software can not be completely correct assessment of stenosis, with the use of two software to avoid too low or too high to assess the degree of stenosis. Conclusion: The multi-orientation, multi-angle images taken, SA software, RS software and visual method can improve the evaluation of coronary stenosis.
