本文研究一氧化氮(NO)在介导小鼠巨噬细胞抑制脾脏T细胞增殖中的作用。结果显示NO 供体硝普钠(SNP) 呈剂量依赖性抑制脾脏T细胞对ConA增殖反应, 小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞与脾细胞的混合培养也可抑制T细胞增殖, 这种抑制作用与NO产量正相关, NO合酶抑制剂L硝基精氨酸(LNNA) 可部分逆转这种抑制作用
This article studies the role of nitric oxide (NO) in the inhibition of murine macrophages proliferation of splenic T cells. The results showed that NO donor nitroprusside (SNP) inhibited the proliferation of splenic T cells in a dose-dependent manner. The mixed culture of mouse peritoneal macrophages and splenocytes also inhibited the proliferation of T cells. This inhibition was associated with NO production Positive correlation, NO synthase inhibitor L-nitro-arginine (L-NNA) can partially reverse this inhibitory effect
