教学评价是一个复杂的过程,是指根据政策、法规和学校的人才培养目标、要求,运用教育评价的理论、方法和技术,对教师的素质、工作过程及工作绩效进行全面、客观、公正的价值判断的活动。因此,提高教学评价的科学性、客观性和准确性,是现代教学评价中一个十分重要的课题。本文结合无锡旅游商贸学校实际,提出了一套教师教学评价指标体系,在此基础上设计并实现了无锡旅游商贸学校教学质量评价系统。

Based on the actual situation of Wuxi Tourism Business School, this paper puts forward a set of evaluation index system of teachers’ teaching, and on this basis, designs and realizes the teaching quality evaluation system of Wuxi Tourism Business School.
