①一台S195柴油机的气缸盖喷油器孔处漏气。经检查是喷油器压板装反引起的。拧出两个压扳螺母,取出压板,装复时将压板平面朝上安装,再均匀拧紧两个压板螺母后,故障排除。②一台S195柴油机供油时间太晚,抽掉所有调整垫片,供油时间还是晚。遇到这种情况,只需将喷油泵泵体与齿轮室罩盖接触面车削1毫米,然后再用增减垫片的方法来调整,可获得理想的供油时间。③一台S195柴油机机油泵不泵油,原因是在装内、外转子时未加机油引起的。应将机油管接头拧下,向泵内加一些干净的机油,再接上机油管,拧紧螺母即可。
