介绍AT27×12.00-14 8PR I-3D全地形无内胎轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径655 mm,断面宽330 mm,行驶面宽度260 mm,胎圈着合直径355 mm,胎圈着合宽度256 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_1/H_2)0.922 9,花纹深度15.5 mm,花纹饱和度42.5%,花纹周节数50。施工设计:胎面采用两方三块结构,缓冲层采用2层1400dtex/2V3锦纶6浸胶帘布,胎体采用4层高强度1400dtex/3锦纶6浸胶帘布,采用胶囊反包、指形正包成型机成型,液压式B型胶囊硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的外缘尺寸和物理性能均达到相关设计和国家标准要求。
Introduction AT27 × 12.00-14 8PR I-3D all-terrain tubeless tire design. Structure design: outer diameter of 655 mm, section width of 330 mm, width of 260 mm, bead diameter of 355 mm, bead width of 256 mm, section horizontal axis position (H_1 / H_2) 0.922 9, pattern depth 15.5 mm, pattern saturation 42.5%, the number of pattern weeks 50. Construction design: The tread adopts two sides and three pieces of structure, the buffer layer adopts 2 layers of 1400 dtex / 2V3 nylon 6 dipped cord, the carcass adopts 4 layers of high strength 1400 dtex / 3 nylon 6 dipped cord, Molding machine molding, hydraulic B-type curing machine vulcanization. Finished product performance test results show that the outer edge of the finished tire size and physical properties have reached the relevant design and national standards.
