中国科学院院士李济生,在我国人造卫星轨道动力学和卫星测控技术研究领域堪称权威。 他主持开发的卫星精密轨道确定系统,突破了多项技术难点,把卫星定轨精度从千米组级提高到米组级,达到世界先进水平;他在国内首次提出并实现了卫星测控应用软件的通用化、模块化、标准化,使卫星测控软件的设计思想发生了根本性变革;他提出的“卫星时”概念,为开创出独具中国特色的一网管多星的新路子作出了贡献。
