我科自1988年始采用上唇龈切口与鼻前孔联合进路，取鼻底及鼻腔外侧壁带蒂粘骨膜瓣修补不同原卜1所致鼻中隔穿ILg例，其穿孔直径均在Icm以卜，8例穿孔1期愈合，l例术后穿孔缩小。报道如下。l临床资料9例均为男性，年龄ZO～49岁。鼻中隔穿孔原因：中隔粘骨膜F切除术并发穿孔3例
Our department since 1988 using the upper gingival incision and anterior nasal hole combined approach, take the bottom of the nose and nasal septal pedicled periosteal flap repair different from the original Bu 1 nasal septum through ILg cases, the perforation diameter of Icm to BU, 8 cases of perforation healed, l cases of perforation reduced. Reported as follows. Clinical data of 9 cases were men, aged ZO ~ 49 years old. Nasal septum perforation causes: septal mucoperiosteal F resection complicated by perforation in 3 cases
