含牙囊肿是常见的颌骨囊肿,多见于10~39岁患者,男性比女性多见,发病部位以下颌第三磨牙区最常见~([1]);但双侧同时发生者甚少报道。本文将报告双侧下颌第三磨牙含牙囊肿1例。病例报告患者,黄某,男,50岁,因左下后牙开始冷热刺激痛、自发痛两天,来我院门诊就诊。检查:36叩(+),松动I度,牙龈正常,冷诊剧烈激发痛,持续痛;37叩(-),松动I度,牙龈正常,冷刺激激发痛。曲面体层片示牙槽骨弧形吸收,根中段以下牙周膜影增宽。38、48埋伏阻生,冠向下,透射影包绕38、48牙颈部。
