采用金相显微镜及扫描电镜观察了热镀锌双相钢表面的亮点缺陷,并用能谱分析了钢板正常部位与缺陷部位处的成分。结果表明,双相钢在镀锌过程中产生的亮点缺陷的原因是:双相钢内部合金元素成分含量高,镀锌过程中容易在表面氧化富集,从而影响基板表面的浸润性,造成漏镀缺陷。通过提高炉内露点和提高锌锅铝含量,能够减少Si、Mn等合金元素氧化引起的漏镀,避免双相钢表面亮点缺陷的产生。
The bright spot defects on the surface of hot-dip galvanized duplex steel were observed by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The composition of normal and defect parts of steel plate was analyzed by EDS. The results show that the reason of the bright spot defect in duplex steel during galvanizing is that the content of alloying elements in the duplex steel is high and the surface is easily oxidized and enriched during the galvanizing process, thus affecting the wettability of the substrate surface Plating defects. By increasing the dew point of the furnace and increasing the aluminum content of the zinc pot, the leakage plating caused by the oxidation of Si, Mn and other alloying elements can be reduced and the bright spot defects of the dual-phase steel surface can be avoided.
