水泥喷粉桩是以水泥干粉作固化剂,利用固定机械把软土和固化剂强行拌和,使水泥和地基软土发生化学反应,形成桩体。该桩体具有良好的整体性、抗压性、稳定性和不透水性,广泛适用于水利工程、楼基、高速公路路基加固等方面。与混凝土灌注桩相比,具有成本低、工效高、施工方便、适应范围广等优点,水泥粉喷桩应用于加固软土地基,粉喷桩的质量必须满足软土地基的加固要求,本文介绍了水泥粉喷桩施工及监理的质量控制措施,从而对类似工程的施工及监理提供有益参考。
Cement powder piles are made of cement dry powder as a curing agent, the use of fixed machinery to force the soft soil and curing agent mixing, cement and soft soil chemical reaction occurs, the formation of piles.
