增进身体健康的方法,除了要讲卫生,注意预防疾病等以外,更重要的是要经常参加体育运动,锻炼身体。一般来讲,凡经常参加体育锻炼的人,身体都很健康而且可以长寿。这是因为体育运动,会使神经系统和全身各个器官都得到锻炼,血液循环良好,肺呼吸功能增强,肌肉收缩力量加大,就能促进身体发育,强健体格,并能增加身体对疾病的抵抗力。所以,体育锻炼也是预防疾病最积极的方法。
