Although the diagnosis of ischemic heart disease has been greatly improved, the history of angina is still important at the time of diagnosis. Awareness of the variation of angina avoids diagnostic errors. This article reports 19 patients with ischemic heart disease (IHD) (16 males and 3 females, ages 27-73 years) with colic not only in the chest but with unilateral or bilateral leg pain.
