面对经济的不断加速发展,产业结构的调整,渐渐地市场对本科人才的需求与高校培养的毕业生的知识体系,能力要求越来越不相符。因此,各高校各专业都在进行着顺应社会经济发展的人才培养模式。日语专业也同样在这个要改革、求创新的浪潮中积极求生,面对各种行业的日资企业不断融入国内,国内企业对日贸易项目的不断增加,高校日语专业的人才培养模式也要抛开旧的理念,看准市场的需求方向,有针对性地培养专业性的人才。尤其是在夹缝中生存的独立学院,更要在这场改革中确立自己的位置,找到正确的发展方向,才能持续的生存下去。
