经时任央企中国五矿集团五矿钢铁公司管理部总经理和中钢集团中钢钢铁公司总经理辛希乐的不断提携,田迎杰先后担任五矿钢铁公司兰州分公司经理、中钢钢铁公司兰州分公司经理等要职。在撖某的斡旋协助下,田迎杰向辛希乐行贿1348万元。继受贿1364万元的辛希乐于2016年年底被法院判处刑十三年之后,犯行贿罪的撖某也于2017年3月17日被陕西省高级人民法院终审判决获刑五年。
