本文用经典酸化-乙醚萃取法制备出十二钨磷酸并用红外光谱对其结构进行了表征,又以钨磷酸为光催化剂,在自然光的照射下,对模拟染料废水甲基橙溶液进行光催化降解反应。研究了反应时间、催化剂的加入量、外加H2O2和Fe3+对反应的影响,得出了最佳测定波长、最佳反应时间和最佳催化剂用量。研究表明十二钨磷酸有很好的光催化活性,能有效降解甲基橙溶液,最大降解率可达96.76%。
In this paper, the dodecyl tungstophosphoric acid was prepared by the classical acidification-ether extraction method and its structure was characterized by infrared spectroscopy. The photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange wastewater from simulated dye wastewater was carried out under the irradiation of natural light with tungstophosphoric acid as photocatalyst reaction. The effects of reaction time, addition amount of catalyst, addition of H2O2 and Fe3 + on the reaction were studied. The best determination wavelength, the best reaction time and the optimum amount of catalyst were obtained. Studies have shown that dodecyl phosphoric acid has good photocatalytic activity, can effectively degrade methyl orange solution, the maximum degradation rate of up to 96.76%.
