随着电子技术和传感器技术的飞速发展及微处理器的应用,起搏器功能进入自动化时代,起搏器的参数可以自动调整,能够保持房室结优先,促进自身心律下传,有效减少心室起搏,自动调整输出能量,在保障安全起搏的前提下,始终维持适当的最小输出能量,延长起搏器寿命;使其功能更符合人体生理需要。现就起搏器的自动房室搜索、自动阈值管理功能的工作原理和优点、自动化功能的研究进展予以综述。
