本文针对具有Ｓｔａｃｋｅｌｂｅｒｇ主从策略的下层有多个决策人且无关联的两层决策问题，建立了该问题的数学模型和决策机制，在定义了若干概念和证明了若干定理的基础上，提出了一种决策方法，该方法给决策人的负担较轻，易于在计算机上实现。
In this paper, we present a mathematic model and a decision-making mechanism for a two-level decision-making problem with multiple decision makers and unassociated underlying Stackelberg master-slave strategies. Based on the definition of several concepts and several theorems, A decision-making method that gives a lighter burden to policy makers and is easy to implement on a computer.
