1996~ 1997年在池栽条件下研究了鲁麦 2 2和鲁麦 14两个小麦品种茎中果聚糖含量及果聚糖代谢有关酶活性变化规律及不同施氮水平对两个品种产量和鲁麦 2 2果聚糖代谢的影响。结果表明 ,小麦茎中果聚糖从挑旗期到开花后 15~ 2 0天为积累时期 ,此时果聚糖含量高 ,果聚糖合成有关酶活性高 ;花后 2 0~ 30天果聚糖以分解为主 ,果聚糖含量下降速度快 ,果聚糖外水解酶活性较高。 2 10~ 330 kg/ hm2施氮量范围内 ,提高施氮量使鲁麦 2 2茎中果聚糖合成有关酶活性提高 ,促进了果聚糖的积累 ,但不利于果聚糖在灌浆中后期的分解输出。鲁麦 2 2以 330 kg/ hm2施氮量处理产量最高 ,达到了 981.5 g/ m2的超高产水平 ,鲁麦 14施氮量为 2 10 kg/ hm2时产量最高 ,为 730 g/ m2。
Under the condition of pond cultivation in 1996-1997, the changes of fructan content and fructooligosaccharides-related enzyme activities in the stems of two wheat cultivars, Lumai 2 and Lumai 14, and the effects of different nitrogen application rates on the yield and Lu Mai 2 2 fructan metabolism. The results showed that fructans in wheat stems accumulated from 15 to 20 days after the flagging stage, when the content of fructans was high and the activity of the enzyme related to the synthesis of fructans was high.
