恶性肿瘤发病率及死亡率逐年升高,严重威胁人类健康.通过住院医师规范化培训,培养肿瘤专科及非肿瘤专科医师的临床肿瘤学基础理论及基本技能,有积极的社会价值及临床意义.多学科诊疗(multi-disciplinary team,MDT)模式是目前肿瘤治疗公认的最佳模式,迷你临床演练评估(mini-clinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX)是目前国内主要的教学评测工具,两者结合用于临床肿瘤学规培生教学有利于打破学科壁垒,加强学生与教师的沟通、交流,提高学生临床综合能力,提升临床教学质量,值得在规培生临床肿瘤学教学中推广应用.
