纤维支气管镜(纤支镜)支气管肺泡灌洗已广泛用于病原体及细胞学等检查。最近见到两例在支气管肺泡灌洗后发生两肺结核严重播散,特予以报道。例1 男 24岁儿科医师因反复咯血22天入院。22天前晨起突然咯鲜血两口,胸片示左下肺片状阴影(封三,图1),拟诊肺炎。用青霉素及氨苄青霉素治疗1周,病灶无明显吸收。以后发生类似咯血2次,每次数十毫升,伴轻微咳嗽,咯少量粘痰。病后无发热、胸痛、盗汗等。既往体健。无结核病史。

With penicillin and ampicillin for 1 week, the lesion was not significantly absorbed. Similar occurrence of hemoptysis after 2 times, each dozens of ml, with a slight cough, slightly sticky phlegm. No fever after fever, chest pain, night sweats and so on. Past physical health. No history of tuberculosis.
