目的定量分析生脉分散片中的五味子醇甲。方法采用高效液相色谱法。Kromasil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以甲醇-水(60∶40)为流动相;体积流量为1 mL/min;检测波长为250 nm;柱温:35℃;进样量为20μL。结果五味子醇甲在0.260 4~1.302 0μg呈现良好的线性关系,平均回收率99.7%,RSD为1.22%(n=9);每片中含五味子醇甲为0.25~0.34 mg。结论本法操作简便、准确、专属性好,可作为生脉分散片中五味子的质量控制方法。
Objective To quantitatively analyze schisandrin A in Shengmai Dispersible Tablets. Method using high performance liquid chromatography. Kromasil C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm); methanol-water (60:40) as the mobile phase; volumetric flow rate of 1 mL/min; detection wavelength at 250 nm; column temperature: 35°C; injection volume 20μL. Results The schisandrol A exhibited a good linear relationship between 0.260 4 and 1.302 0 μg, the average recovery was 99.7%, RSD was 1.22% (n=9), and each tablet contained 0.25 to 0.34 mg of schisandrin. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and specific. It can be used as a quality control method for Schisandra in Shengmai Dispersed Tablets.
