我国现行教育运行机制是在计划经济的基础上建立起来的,如何适应市场经济的发展是一个急待解决的问题。成人学校是我国教育体系中一个重要的组成部分,受教育总运行机制的制约,它促使成人学校形成与市场经济接轨的设想: 一、减少一部分国家和地方政府的控制职能,逐步建立“社会参与”的教育运行机制。国家和政府的宏观控制,对无论是市场经济国家还是计划经济国家都是十分必要的。社会主义市场经济的建立更需要完善宏观控制职能,如对教育的政治方向,教育的战略措施,教育经费的统筹和教育投资的控制;完善教育立法,制定方针政策等等。实践证明:
The current education operation mechanism in our country is established on the basis of planned economy. How to adapt to the development of market economy is an urgent problem to be solved. Adult schools are an important part of China’s education system and are constrained by the general education operation mechanism. Adult schools promote the idea that adult schools should be in line with the market economy.
