研究了南海市西樵区 3 4 0名幼儿头发中元素含量。结果表明 ,Zn、Fe、Cu、Ca、Mn和Pb的含量 (× 1 0 - 6 )分别为 91 3 7± 2 3 2 5、 3 1 94± 4 1 6、 1 1 4 1± 3 1 3、 63 8 69± 1 2 5 4 0、 4 1 8±2 3 7和 1 3 3 7± 4 0 9。男女幼儿头发中各元素的含量没有显著性差异。该市幼儿体内有低锌高铅现象。男性幼儿头发中Zn含量与Fe含量呈正相关 (相关系数为 0 2 4 9,P =0 0 0 1 ) ,与Mn呈负相关 (相关系数为 -0 1 55,P <0 0 5)。女性幼儿头发中Fe含量与Mn含量呈显著的负相关 (相关系数为 -0 1 65,P <0 0 5)。Cu与Mn呈显著的正相关 (相关系数为 0 1 81 ,P <0 0 5)。
The content of elements in the hair of 340 infants in Xiqiao district in Nanhai city was studied. The results showed that the contents of Zn, Fe, Cu, Ca, Mn and Pb (× 10 -6) were 91 3 7 ± 2 3 2 5, 3 1 94 ± 4 1 6, 1 1 4 1 ± 3 1 3 , 63 8 69 ± 1 2 5 4 0, 4 1 8 ± 2 3 7 and 1 3 3 7 ± 4 0 9, respectively. There was no significant difference in the content of each element in the hair of boys and girls. The city’s young children have low zinc and lead phenomenon. There was a positive correlation between the content of Zn and the content of Fe in young male children (correlation coefficient: 0 2 49, P = 0 0 0 1) and negative correlation with Mn (correlation coefficient -0 1 55, P 0 05). There was a significant negative correlation between Fe content and Mn content in hair of young children (correlation coefficient: -0.165, P <0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between Cu and Mn (correlation coefficient: 0 1 81, P <0 05).
