当今市场竞争越来越激烈,企业的管理者想要提高经济效益,必须十分重视企业运营管理。如何实现资金的有效运营,通过科学手段达到资本的增值目标,是企业运营的核心问题。而实现资金有效运营的重要途径之一,就是有效提高企业资金利用效率,高效运营。本文基于我国企业资金运营过程中存在的主要问题,提出提高资金利用率的可操作性对策,切实提高资金利用效率。
In today’s increasingly competitive market, business managers want to improve economic efficiency, we must attach great importance to business operations management. How to realize the effective operation of capital and reach the value-added goal of capital through scientific means is the core issue of enterprise operation. One of the important ways to realize the effective operation of capital is to effectively improve the capital utilization efficiency and operate efficiently. Based on the main problems in the process of capital operation in China, this paper puts forward feasible measures to improve the utilization rate of funds and effectively improve the efficiency of capital utilization.
