王石是中国房地产业的热点人物。他领导的深圳万科企业股份有限公司是中国大陆最早的上市企业之一,也是目前中国大陆房地产业净资产规模最大的上市公司。然而,王石一直认为,成立20年的万科还远远没有发展到可以让他高枕无忧的地步。
Wang Shi is a hot person in China’s real estate industry. He led by Shenzhen Vanke Co., Ltd. is one of the earliest listed companies in mainland China, is currently the largest listed company in mainland China real estate net assets. However, Wang Shi always believed that Vanke, which was set up for 20 years, is far from being developed to a level that allows him to sit back and relax.
