目的 探讨多层螺旋CT肋软骨成像方法及成人肋软骨的形态学表现。方法 对100例无肋软骨病症者行多层螺旋CT容积扫描,扫描完后将图像导入CT3D工作站,用软件MPR、MIP、SSD及VRT进行图像后处理,由两位有经验的影像科医生一起对图像进行分析和评价。结果 100例受检者的CT扫描图像经过MPR、MIP、SSD及VRT进行后处理后均能显示出肋软骨,其中以MIP、VRT及SSD的效果较好。结论 多层螺旋CT能很好地显示肋软骨,为在活体上研究肋软骨形态学开创了一条全新途径,是一种无创伤性研究肋软骨疾病的最佳影像学方法。
Objective To investigate the imaging method of multi-slice spiral CT costal cartilage and the morphology of adult costal cartilage. Methods 100 cases of non-costal cartilage disease were scanned by multi-slice CT. After scanning, the images were imported into CT3D workstation and processed by software MPR, MIP, SSD and VRT. Two experienced imaging doctors Analysis and evaluation of images. Results The CT scan images of 100 subjects showed cartilage after treatment with MPR, MIP, SSD and VRT. Among them, the effect of MIP, VRT and SSD was better. Conclusions Multi-slice spiral CT can display costal cartilage well. It is a new imaging method to study costal cartilage morphology in vivo. It is a noninvasive method to study costal cartilage disease.
