压力球形贮气罐焊缝产生缺陷,影响球形罐的使用。我们对内径2300mm、壁厚32mm的球形罐进行了安全性的评价。该球形罐材料为16MnR钢。采用南北带各一块、南北温带各9块、赤道带9块拼焊而成。焊缝位置及方向编号如图1所示。经超声波及X射线探伤检验,发现焊缝存在有严重缺陷。超标缺陷可分为四类:(1)不连续点状夹杂或气孔(焊缝位置ABO);(2)未熔合(焊缝位置BB3);(3)密集型点
Pressure spherical gas tank weld defects, affecting the use of spherical tank. We evaluated the safety of spherical tanks with an inner diameter of 2300 mm and a wall thickness of 32 mm. The spherical tank material is 16MnR steel. Using a north-south belt, the north-south temperate 9, the equator with nine welded together. Weld position and direction number shown in Figure 1.
