采用放射免疫法测定 5 0例妊高征、15 0例正常妊娠妇女在分娩前的血清瘦素水平及新生儿的脐静脉血瘦素水平 ,并分析与体重、体重指数 (bodymassindex,BMI)、血压、宫高、腹围的相关性。结果显示 :①妊高征组妇女瘦素水平 (2 5 5 3± 1 4 9μg/L)较正常组(2 1 13± 4 0 8μg/L)高 ,其差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1) ;②妊高征组脐血瘦素水平 (12 2 3± 4 39μg/L)较正常组 (10 2 9± 3 0 8μg/L)高 ,其差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ;③正常组的母血瘦素水平与其体重、BMI、宫高、腹围的相关显著 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1) ,而妊高征组的相关不显著(P >0 0 5 ) ;④妊高征组的母血瘦素水平与其收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压的相关程度明显高于正常组 ;⑤正常组及妊高征组的母血瘦素水平与新生儿体重、BMI的相关均不显著 (P >0 0 5 ) ;但母血瘦素水平与脐血瘦素水平在妊高征组呈显著正相关 (P <0 0 1) ,而在正常组的相关不显著 (P >0 0 5 ) ;⑥两组脐血瘦素水平均与新生儿体重、BMI的相关显著 (P <0 0 1)。研究表明 :①妊高征母血及其脐血的瘦素水平明显高于正常妊娠 ;②正常妊娠母儿瘦素水平均与自身体脂积累密切相关 ;③脐血瘦素水平可作为评估胎儿宫内生长发育状况的一项可靠指标 ;④母血瘦素
The levels of serum leptin before delivery and the umbilical venous blood leptin levels in 50 newborns with pregnancy induced hypertension and 150 normal pregnant women were measured by radioimmunoassay. However, there was a significant positive correlation between maternal leptin level and cord blood leptin level in PIH group (P <0.01) But there was no significant correlation between normal group and control group (P> 0.05). (6) The cord blood leptin levels in both groups were significantly correlated with body mass and BMI (P <0.01). The results showed that: (1) leptin level of PIH and its umbilical cord blood was significantly higher than that of normal pregnancy; (2) leptin level of maternal and neonatal pregnancies was closely related to their body fat accumulation; (3) cord blood leptin level Intrauterine growth and development of a reliable indicator; ④ maternal leptin
