初中毕业生升学体育考试,我省已连续进行了5年,从组织程序上来看,这项工作实施较快进展较为顺利,然而从今天素质教育的要求与社会发展的客观规律来看,现考核的内容与评分机制,对初三年级的体育教学的导向和对学生全面发展的促进及学生个性与特长的发挥上,都有很大的局限.
