大会期间,在闽全国政协委员积极建言献策,共提交提案104件,在全国各省、市、自治区中数量较多、质量较好。这些提案既体现了会议共同关心的问题,又注重从我省实际出发,体现了两个突出:一是突出海峡西岸经济区建设。建议将海峡西岸经济区列为国家主体功能规划重点开发地区,加大对海峡西岸经济区建设的支持力度。二是突出闽台经济文化合作与交流。内容涉及加强闽台经贸、农业、金融、旅游合作和文化交流,扩大台商投资区,实行“先试先行”政策等多个方面。现选登几则,以飨读者。
During the conference, members of the CPPCC National Committee of Minhe made constructive suggestions and submitted a total of 104 proposals, with a large number of all provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China and good quality. These proposals not only embody the issues of common concern to the conference, but also focus on the reality of our province, embodying two prominent points. First, highlighting the construction of the economic zone on the west side of the Straits. It is suggested that the economic zone on the western coast of the Straits should be listed as a key development area for the state’s main function planning and support for the construction of the economic zone on the west side of the Taiwan Straits should be strengthened. Second, highlighting the economic and cultural cooperation and exchanges between Fujian and Taiwan. It covers various aspects such as strengthening economic and trade cooperation, agriculture, finance and tourism cooperation and cultural exchanges between Fujian and Taiwan, expanding the investment zone for Taiwanese businessmen, and implementing the policy of “first try first”.
