当代中学生在感情和性格方面,越来越表现出好结“小群体”的现象。这种现象对他们的成长既有好的作用,也有不利的影响。班主任对此应加以全面分析并制定出相应的教育对策。一、“小群体”的成因和类型 1.成因。从外部条件看,“小群体”的形成是受社会环境的影响。随着改革的深入发展,我国人民在传统体制基础上构建的人际关系正在瓦解,与商品经济发展相适应的各种新型的人际交往“群体”正在形成。这种新的社会风气势必对中学生产生影响,他们也不满足于在沿袭已久的班、组制基础上建立的
Contemporary middle school students have increasingly demonstrated a good “small group” phenomenon in terms of their feelings and personalities. This phenomenon has both good and negative effects on their growth. The head teacher should analyze this comprehensively and work out corresponding educational measures. I. The causes and types of “small groups” 1. Causes. From the external conditions, the formation of “small groups” is influenced by the social environment. With the in-depth development of reforms, the interpersonal relationships built by our people on the basis of the traditional system are disintegrating, and various new types of “communities” of interpersonal communication that are compatible with the development of commodity economy are being formed. This new social climate will inevitably have an impact on middle school students. They are also not satisfied with the establishment of a long-established class and group system.
