报道人白细胞和人精子一起培养,经不同时间取出,在光、电镜下观察白细胞对精子杀伤的形态变化。活体拒染试验发现随培养时间延长,精子的死亡率逐渐升高,且均高于相应对照组。培养1h后,相差显微镜下可见白细胞开始对精子粘附并吞噬,4h达到高峰。白细胞吞噬杀伤精子与巨噬细胞的粘附、吞噬和杀伤异物方式相似。提示白细胞精子症中白细胞及其产物通过对精子的直接杀伤,影响精子的功能,妨碍精子的成熟和对卵子的穿透力,而引起男性生育力降低
Reporter white blood cells and human sperm cultured together, removed at different times, under light and electron microscopy of white blood cells on sperm morphological changes. In vivo anti-infective test showed that with the prolongation of culture time, the sperm mortality gradually increased, and were higher than the corresponding control group. After culturing for 1h, white blood cells began to adhere to phagocytes and phagocytosed by phase contrast microscope, reaching a peak at 4h.
