NASA is developing an ambitious plan: In the next 10 to 20 years, the first group of travelers will leave the earth and settle on Mars. The journey to Mars is planned to take three years. It takes six months from Earth to Mars and two years on Mars. When Mars and the Earth are arranged at the closest distance, they will return to Earth six months later. The first batch of astronauts who went to Mars could not carry all the necessary supplies. They must rely on the land of Mars to feed them, that is, they must plant crops on Mars.
